Tracey Primrose / Media Specialist
Tracey Primrose is a media relations strategist with more than 25 years of experience. She has counseled a diverse array of clients — from large corporations and technology start-ups to nonprofits and cultural organizations. For the last 10 years, Tracey has helped manage day-to-day media relations activities for Verizon Wireless in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia market. An agency veteran, Tracey served seven years in the Washington, D.C. office of Edelman Public Relations Worldwide where she provided day-to-day management for corporate clients including S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, The Century Council and PBS. Her track record of success includes placements in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Pos, USA Today, CNN and NPR. She has staged successful media events around the country, including standing-room-only press conferences for the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, Texas Instruments and UPS. A former journalist with extensive local and national press contacts, Tracey is a former on-air correspondent for a nationally syndicated business newscast, First Business, and a former producer for John McLaughlin’s One-On-One and The McLaughlin Group. She is a graduate of Georgetown University
