Lynette is founder and president of Viviani PR. Innovative strategic thinking, sound judgment and expert writing ability make Lynette a valued partner for many corporate and marketing communications teams. Advisor to corporations of all sizes for more than 30 years, she is a trusted source for financial, tech and trade media in the U.S. and Canada. A seasoned team leader, Lynette has created award-winning corporate social responsibility programs and has been instrumental in writing the PR playbook for telecommunications companies nationwide. She managed day-to-day media and community relations activities for Verizon Wireless in the New York Metro area for more than 20 years. Before starting her own company, Lynette served as Director of Media Relations and Planning for Bell Atlantic NJ (now Verizon) a role in which she developed media strategy during a critical time in the evolution of the industry. Lynette is a graduate of West Virginia University’s School of Journalism where she received both Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Journalism. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and its prestigious Counselors Academy, and the Publicity Club of New York. Her volunteer activities include providing media relations support to Daytop-New Jersey, fundraising for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society of Northern NJ and service to Our Lady of the Magnificat Church.
